Sometimes, where exposure is large, surveillance may be conducted for weeks at a time, over a period of years, especially where a claimant maintains a level of restriction inconsistent with the displayed restriction.
Everyone is entitled to a good day, but a totally and permanently impaired person, with a full time carer, who claims an inability to walk, who drives to the jetty alone, and is observed launching and retrieving his own fishing boat is stretching things!
